Course features:
Students are able to strategically select high school online courses to complete according to their own academic needs. These courses are accepted towards university application, allowing students to craft their best and most competitive academic record for their dream universities.

Custom course planning:
Tutors at Workedu are able to tailor their teaching process according to each student’s language skills foundation and target grades. An option between one-to-one and small class tutoring is available to ensure students are able to choose the studying environment that best suits them. Apart from completing each course’s learning objectives, tutors will also provide extra study and revision materials to create a comprehensive learning experience. In addition to subject specific tutors, Workedu also has a team of professional English writers that are able to help proofread, edit and polish student’s work.

High school/university tutoring
Workedu’s tutoring team is composed of distinguished graduates from Canada’s most well-known and prestigious universities. Apart from being scholars themselves, they are also experienced with helping students become scholars in one-to-one or small class settings. High school transcripts are integral to a student’s academic career because they are the main indicator of a student’s competitiveness in the university admission process. Tutors at Workedu are able to uncover the natural talents of each student in their selected courses to create a fully personalized tutoring experience that will help to realize their potential.
AP tutoring
AP (Advanced Placement) courses are created and organized by the American College Board which can be used as credits for many introductory university courses. Exams for AP courses are held in May each year and grades are announced in July. AP exams are marked on a band of five, with five being the highest mark and one being the lowest. If students are able to achieve four out of five on their AP exam, they would be eligible to receive credits for that course. In addition to offering transferable credits, AP courses are also attractive in university admission processes as they demonstrate the ability of students to go above and beyond for their academics.
Workedu offers a variety of AP tutoring, such as AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Microeconomics, AP Macroeconomics, AP Physics, AP Chemistry, AP Computer Science, AP English Literature, as well as AP English Language. During these AP tutoring sessions, not only are course objectives being taught, students will also learn how to be proactive in their studies and develop fundamental study habits that will help their university academic career.
SAT tutoring
The SATs are a set of standardized testing organized by the College Board for admission into American universities. The SET contains 4 sections: reading, writing & language, math and essay.
Tutors at Workedu will create personalized study plans for SAT students according to their English proficiency or their mock SAT scores. Being able to focus and target on weaknesses while developing strengths through personalized tutoring allows students to study for the SAT strategically and effectively raise their SAT scores. This ultimately will pave the way for their entrance into a distinguished American university.
